Ingredients: Homemade corn tortilla chips topped with a ton of melted cheese, jalapeños and fresh salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and choice of beans (these had refried beans).

Brief Review: These nachos were absolutely grand. First off, these nachos had huge chunks of lobster throughout the entire plate. The ingredients were so well integrated there was not one naked chip. These nachos are the example for other nacho makers to follow with fresh homemade chips, salsa, and guacamole, an overly generous portion size, and an extra special treat of a layer of cheese on the bottom of the plate for extra picking. The portion size was too big for two. You could easily split these nachos among four of your closest friends. These were the yummiest nachos I've tasted out of 30 or so tastings over the past year and a half. It was worth the six and half hour trip to Martha's Vineyard just for these nachos.
