Description: Because the Paris follows one of the cardinal secrets of nacho making, cook your nachos on a metal plate, these nachos had some good qualities. The chips had yummy burnt edges and the cheese was cooked nice and crispy. Sadly, the salsa and guacamole came from a jar. Also, there were way too many naked chips once the toppings were gone. I should also add that The Paris was willing to experiment. We were in the mood for some chicken on our nachos, and while they looked at us like were nuts, they did it anyway. So points added there.
